I started in the warehouse and wound up as a utility manager. Everyone works together to try to problem solve, as well as to keep on track with their own responsibilities. The pay is good and Photon Brothers will show appreciation for hard work. I never imagined I'd have a job like this with the autonomy, respect, and pay that I have. I'm very grateful for having found the job and always appreciate that my team members have my back. The management also shows they actually care for their employees and want everyone to thrive together.
